Pigment pastes

What is it?

A solution of water or a solvent with a colour pigment with a pigment content of usually about 30%

What is it for?

In addition to the production of paints and inks, where it is very practical to use the pigment contained in the liquid for easier colouring of paint, these pastes can also be used for dyeing of ropes and cords, where the fibres, or the whole rope, passes through a bath of pigment paste during production, thereby colouring it.

How does it look?

Like a thin paste of very bright colour.

How does it work?

You mix the paste in the liquid you need to colour. This requires a special procedure depending on the specific project and formulation, but you will certainly be satisfied with the result and above all, this procedure will be simpler than with the pigment itself.
