What is it?
Pigments that have a special property that allows them to absorb light energy and then shine for some time. This creates the effect that the pigments shine on their own.
What is it for?
Pigments are suitable for colouring many types of plastics, e.g. PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PET, EVA, for the production of inks, dispersions, paints, hobby coatings or for application to certain surfaces.
How does it look?
It is a very fine powder of bright colour. It adheres very easily to the surface and once it stains it is very difficult to be removed.
How does it work?
Thanks to the “independent luminosity” effect, luminescent pigments are used, for example, to highlight escape routes and paths, but also in the entertainment industry. The pigments are suitable for the production of solvent and aqueous inks, colouring of thermoplastics, enamels and ceramics and injection moulding of plastics. The particle size of these pigments varies between 6 and 40 microns, depending on the specific product.
